What You'll Do:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of school districts, becoming their trusted partner and advisor.

  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, demos, negotiation, and closing.

  • Identify high-impact opportunities and craft strategies to exceed ambitious revenue targets.

  • Act as a thought leader, sharing industry insights, best practices, and actionable strategies that help districts succeed.

  • Collaborate with Marketing, Client Success, and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

  • Represent K12 Insight at conferences, trade shows, and education events — expanding your network and influence.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven consultative sales experience, ideally in EdTech or complex B2B environments.

  • Track record of exceeding quotas and managing multi-stakeholder, high-value deals.

  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, able to influence senior executives and district leaders.

  • Coachable, ambitious, self-directed, and adaptable — you thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to turn challenges into opportunities.

Expected Base Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 / year + sales commission plan. Exact pay is based on experience, skills, market demand, and internal equity.
